From start to finish, pure professionals. The carpet cleaning was tops. Tile in kitchen looks perfect. The original grout color is back. Marble in family room is polished and looks like it does in the casinos. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and will tell all my associates. 5 Stars!

Gave a 3-hr. window of time. They were running 30 min. late but called ahead to let me know. Still finished in about 3 hours cleaning about 6 rooms in a residential house about 2,000 sqft.
Can't believe how clean the high traffic areas of the beige carpet now look--they used to be black!! I was absolutely in shock. We had carpet mats underneath our office chairs, and when lifted it was so obvious where they had been. There was beige carpet and black carpet, and it seems that about 97% of the black in this high traffic area came out. I watched the technician doing some of the work, and I could see it get removed right before my eyes like magic!
I like that they do Step 1 throughout the whole house first rather than doing Steps 1-4 one room at a time. This allows for a longer soak time in all the rooms.
I'm so pleased with the results! The technician seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly. I would recommend J2 to anyone needing residential carpet cleaning.

I was moving out of my rental home and my landlord required professional cleaning of the carpet. The carpet really wasn't that dirty. They gave me a great price on the carpet, then did a fantastic job on a sofa that hadn't been cleaned for several years.

Honest, friendly, professional, and clean cut. They were running a little late, but they called and let me know. My mother is super picky and she was 100% satisfied with their service. The technician was polite and patient while my mom asked him to go over certain areas. These people aim to please. I would recommend them 100% based on the level of service I received. They quote based on square footage and they measure using a laser light. There are no hidden fees.

I hired J2 Carpet Cleaning for my end of tenancy service and they did an unbelievable job. I was really pleased with their service but also realized that my carpet was not clean when I moved in! Apparently the company my landlord hired to do the service prior to my renting had no idea how to do a proper carpet cleaning. After 3 years of use I was able to give the unit back with the carpet in better condition then when I got it. Highly recommended!

I called many other companies to find someone to get out quickly to clean my rental home carpets. Luckily I found J2! Jeff was so accomodating and friendly too. It is so rare to meet people today who really care about the customer. He got someone over to the house the next day and the carpets looked like new! I was so happy that I hadn't fallen for the other companies claiming to clean four rooms for $89. I would highly recommend J2 to everyone I meet looking for a great company. Jeff really has that customer service thing down! Thanks so much for a hassle free experience.

They were soo professional and nice and my carpets look great. They go up and beyond costumer service and in making sure the customer is 100% satisfied and happy. I've never delt with a carpet cleaning company that was so polite on the phone and in person as with J2 they are definantly one of a kind and i'm very happy that i called them. As, a full time Real Estate professional I pride myself on customer service... I usually do not recommend others, but in this case I feel confident and compelled to do so. Let me share with you why? I had been assigned the task of getting 28 investor owned properties cleaned up and ready for resale. I was excited at my good fortune, until I saw the task ahead of me. I called J2 and spoke with a very kind and knowledgeable fellow named Jeff, I explained my problem and budget, and time frame. He sent his business partner Jess, to meet with me at my office. I gave him the list of homes as well as the keys, he said he would personally visit each property and then return the keys with a not to exceed price on each home. I knew I had to trust someone since this is not my cup of tea. Let me tell you some of these homes were down right SCARY while others had normal wear and tear. Jess, came back to me within one day much to my surprise with a fair price and professional can do attitude. I gave them the job, and crossed my fingers... Jess took the time upon completion to tour the properties with me. They EXCEEDED my expectations. The carpets smell fresh and looked clean and in most cases brand new!!! . The scary carpets look so good I was shocked! I asked Jess, how did you get the carpets and tile grout so clean, he just smiled and "Said It's easy when you know your business." Then, I hired J2 to clean the carpets at my house. Once again, Professional, Timely, Respectful of my belongings, I told them I am an allergy sufferer, and please only use non-toxic environmentally safe products, that's Jess, told me that he too suffers from allergies and that they never use anything that they wouldn't use in his own home. I can definitely recommend this company with hesitation. keep up the good work!

Miracle workers. I was sure my kids had ruined my white microfiber sofa, I cant afford to replace it right now so I was hoping some improvement. I'm really excited on how it turned out, I would have bet against it but every stain is gone, it's truly amazing.

I have 3 dogs and a parrot sooo you can imagine how dirty my carpets can get. Well I'll tell you that after J2 was finished cleaning my carpets I couldn't believe how good they look. Not only did they look new but the smell, it was great no more doggy odor. Thanks J2

I have a rental home in Las Vegas. Our last tennant destroyed the place and we though we needed to replace the carpet. After getting quotes to replace it for almost $4000 we decided to see if upstairs (which wasn't as bad) could be cleaned. J2 came out and said the whole place was cleanable. We had them clean it and WOW somehow they made it look and smell like new. I'm totally shocked and will recommend them to my friends.

Great service. I couldn't believe how clean my carpet was. I get my carpet cleaned every six months. The dark areas that never come out are completely gone and the carpet was almost dry when they left. GREAT SERVICE THANK YOU!!!!!

I picked this company because their reviews looked like they were legitimate, not like other companies where it was obvious the owner had uploaded a bunch of phony reviews. The price quoted on the phone was exactly what I paid. There were no add-ons or increase in price. They showed up on time, were very efficient, and did an excellent job. It is not easy to find a reliable carpet cleaning service. I expect to use J2 from now on.

Donna Dec 6 2011. GREAT WORK ......They got rid of the pet smell. We wanted to get our carpets cleaned in. preparation for our 9 month old starting to crawl. I was able to schedule in very quickly and te guys did a great job for us.One room was especially bad with cat urine and stains,both the stains and the smell were completely gone. I had carpet cleaning done yesterday and was surprised that all that dirt came out. Even the paint drips from the painters were gone. The carpet looks nearly new, a drastic change. The cleaning guys were friendly and easy to talk to. I've lived in Las Vegas a long time and it's nice to know there are still companies who care about customer service.

I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent said the previous owner had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and looked dull and there were still some stains around. I called J2 who made me feel like they really wanted to help get it right. They went over every area and the color literally changed. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid of all the stains except a small bleach spot that they said can be cut out and replaced with a small piece from a closet. I'm having them clean the carpets at my daughters house next. That's how much I loved their service.

J2 Carpet Cleaning does excellent work and I highly recommend them. Their work had my carpet looking almost like brand new even in the heavy traffic areas of my home. They have a great staff, didn't raise their price after they came out and it only took my carpets 5 to 8 hrs to dry. This is the most professional service I have ever worked with and will use only J2 going forward.

I just purchased my FIRST HOUSE and the previous owners had totally wrecked the carpet before we moved in. Oi vey. So I gave J2 a call and their quote was a bit higher then a few others I called, but when I had them come out and they cleaned the carpet.. wow. The carpet went from a brownish/white (which I thought was the carpets natural color) to more of a white tone. I couldn't believe it!!! Also the previous owner of my house must of spilled kool-aid or stabbed someone.. but they even got that stain out too. I even had them test a small patch of my tile and grout and WOW.. I asked them the price for the rest and I will have them come back later to do it. Amazing. I talked to the office staff and where easy and pleasureable to deal with. I recommend J2 to anyone that needs a good carpet cleaning.

My house shines again!!!
I had them clean the tile in the kitchen on the counters and floor and had it sealed again. Looks great. They super cleaned the carpets upstairs and even my red micro fiber couch that really shines again. I will have them back again for sure.

Like a professional pit crew
I bought a 3700sf foreclosure that I thought needed new carpet. I had it cleaned by J2 carpet cleaning and they were amazing. They sent 3 guys that really knew what they were doing. The carpet had red stains, pet stains, and heavy grease. They got out all the spots except a bleach spot that they said was color loss.

Excellent!
I called J2 service yesterday morning, needing to have the carpets cleaned for a rental home as soon as possible. To my pleasant surprise, they were able to do it that day! The owner kept me updated on when they would arrive and also called me upon completion of the job. The carpets look outstanding, I was worried because they are are almost white and were pretty worn looking. I am so glad to have found J2 Carpet Cleaning and would reccommend them to anyone! T

Pricey BUT Worth It
I'm sure I am like most that purchased a home - you bough granite and base carpet rather than upgraded carpets! Because of this the cheap carpet needs some TLC - these guys are great! They steamed, raked, and removed a lot of the dirt and grim of daily usage. I use them each year and am hoping they extend the life of my carpets for many years to come. A little price, but taking care of your home is not where you should skimp, plus they usually are offering some kind of promotion (especially for first timers!).

PROFESSIONAL and COMPETENT. Kevin pre-scrubbed, steam cleaned then raked carpet out, wow. Carpet took 24 hours to dry but it was pretty dirty.

Great quality for the money!
My carpet was filthy!! The technician that came out told me what was needed to make the carpet look like new again. Not a penny over what was estimated! My dog knocked a cup of OJ over in the carpet when i wasnt home and the stain set for atleast 5 hours THAT EVEN CAME OUT!!!!!! I'm so pleased with this company i cannot say enouph good things. Job well well well done! A+++++++++++

Seeing is believing
Just can't believe that my disgusting rental's carpet looks this good. I was hoping for a 70% improvement and I got 95%. The food, soda, pet and whatever else was on the carpet is gone. It's not new, but I certainly don't need to replace it now. I am impressed and quite surprised. Nice work!

Money well spent! When I sold my Las Vegas home I wanted to get the carpet cleaned for the new couple moving in. I started looking for carpet cleaners and quickly realized that there were several methods being promoted with contradicting claims. I spent a long time doing my homework and decided to go with a company that did steam cleaning. I called several carpet cleaners and got many different prices. Some gave me phone quotes and a few came out and looked at it. I ended up choosing them because you could tell that the gentleman on the phone genuinely cared about his company and I just felt they would do the best job.
The 2 gentlemen who came to do the cleaning were very professional and courteous. They worked hard and did a fantastic job. They removed every spot and really made the carpet look better than I was expecting. I highly recommend J2 Carpet Cleaning as both a quality service and a great value :)

I have been using J2 Cleaners for over 5 years after hearing about them from a friend. I usually am able to book an appointment within a day or two of calling. They are always friendly, on time and very professional. I love that they give the little booties for us to wear while the carpets are drying! It's the little things. I always recommend J2 to my friends. You will not be disappointed.

These guys were quick and professional, did a great job on my carpet and tile and worked a minor miracle on my hardwood floor. Prompt, courteous service, and came in under the estimate.

J2 is by far the best carpet cleaning company I've used. They called me back when they missed my call, which is unusual of services. They showed up right on time. They were very nice and REALLY fast too; barely here an hour. I have six dogs and a dirt-filled backyard so you can imagine how dirty and stinky the carpet was, but now, it looks great! The smell is gone and it feels like new. The only problem was the overwhelming odor of the chemicals they used but once they start power scrubbing the carpet, it goes away. Five stars and I highly recommend them and will continue to use their service.

FYI. We use environmentally safe products at all costs, but the chemical for treating the pet stains is and has to be strong, but it works! A lot of the odor comes from the stains themselves, the same as when you wash your animal and it smells worse right after getting it wet. As the customer stated it does go away after the carpet is scrubbed and rinsed. Thanks for the review, Jeff, Office Manager.

J2 is the best in town. I have worked my way through several carpet cleaning companies before I found J2. I hired big companies like Chem Dry, which by the way did absolutely nothing for my carpet to the little guys who left my carpet dirty in some areas or really wet in others. J2 has specialized machines made for what ever problem you may have. They fixed the problems that my previous guy left behind. Brandon and Paco were very professional and nice as well. They even moved my 300 pound marble table to be extra thorough in their work. On top of that, they are reasonably priced. They actually charge less than the major companies but do WAY BETTER work than they do. My carpet looks as good as the day they installed it. If you are searching like I was for the right carpet company, look no further. I've tried all the other ones out for you. Hope this helps.

My thick shag carpet is really clean. It actually feels clean for once. The brush machine they ran over it before the steam cleaning seems to have made a huge difference. They also said the cleaning product wasn't a foamy soap, so it gets rinsed out better. They were friendly and a pleasure to do business with. I'll call again for sure.

This company is awesome! They were professional, fast and did an outstanding job. We had the carpets cleaned right before Christmas and they did an absolutely fabulous job. I have small grandchildren and they were a couple tropical punch stains on the carpet that I hadn't been able to remove but they did!!!!

I used these carpet cleaners 9 months ago for my personal home in Las Vegas and they did a great job. All of the pet stains came out and none of them came back. Yesterday they cleaned the carpet in my rental, I thought the renters had ruined it, there was a bleach stain in the hall and pet stains in the living room. I was honestly shocked by how clean they got the carpets. They cut the bleach stain out and cut a piece of carpet from the closet and swapped them. That worked for me. I definitely recommend them!

How can I say THANK YOU... SO MUCH!!! We had a carpet 911.. when our beloved 85 pound dog Tator, got into the trash and had himself a field day while we were at work. Then he got sick everywhere on our 4 month old carpet... Wow, what a scene... what a smell.. I locked my self in my room and my husband Troy, had to try to deal with the mess.( His Dog). Troy, tried to clean it up as best as he could, BUT... you could still smell it.... and the stains were evident. He called them and within 50 minutes they were here, on a Friday night no-less! Now our home smells like baby powder and NO STAINS.. Thanks J2, Even Tator, says Thank you for saving his bacon.

I have used J2 for my carpet cleaning over the years and they are very awesome! Their team is professional and well trained. Everyone they send out goes over my carpet with attention to detail. I have many pets and it can get pretty bad at times out here in the desert with the dogs going in and out of the house. But with J2 I wont have to worry about replacing my carpet because of the animals anymore. I have tried many other companies for carpet cleaning, but they never got the job done. Dont pay attention to those 10.00 a room ads you see on the street or papers from other companies... its more like a Windex job on your carpet. I could buy a 4.00 bottle of window cleaner and get the same results. J2 is friendly and professional and will never go to another Carpet Cleaning company!

I have used J2 at least three times now and everytime has been awesome. I used them on my house before I moved. I had a few stains and they use this trick with an iron that gets the stains out. I have now used them at my work and the carpets have never looked better. When they run the machine over the carpet it was like magic...it was brand new looking. I recommend these guys, they are professional, do a great job, and are priced reasonably. They also work with you if they have a ton of stains to get out as well.

I couldn't be happier. The 2 young men they sent out were great, they did everything that they said on the phone and more. I have had my carpet cleaned by several companies and it has never looked this good or been dry so fast. I will definitly use them again

We've used them a few times already and they are absolutely AWESOME. Their prices are reasonable, the staff is very friendly and they get the most stubborn stains out! We had car oil, really dark feet tracks (from all my hubby's guy friends working in the garage and stepping into the house) and even hair dye stains and they took it out like nothing!!! They make the carpet look brand new and the house even smells more fresh.
They don't try to jip you either - don't believe those other carpet places that seem to offer a cheap price - most likely they charge by the stain and it gets pricey! J2 feels it's their job to take out all stains whatever it takes without burning a hole in your pocketbook.
I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed!

Thank you! We hear it all the time from customers that used the "bait n switch" companies in the past. They say that when they call, they get a low price over the phone from someone based on # of rooms only. Then a commissioned tech comes out and is "forced" to push up the price based on # of "spots" or even "traffic dirt" (sometimes by an owner, or just the fact that it cost a lot of money to operate a carpet cleaning business). If they don't, they won't make any money. We offer very competitive prices (if you compare quality) over the phone that don't change when the tech's arrive. Our tech's are paid hourly, not commission. They make more wages by taking the time to do a great job.

I was totally impressed!!: This company does a thorough job. I have three dogs and parrot. So you can imagine how dirty my carpets can get. When they were done, my carpets looked like new and the smell, WELL the doggy oder was gone.

Windows & Carpets are CLEAN!!!: Had a wonderful experience with them cleaning my carpets and washing all my windows in and out. Put my home up for sale so I wanted everything to look like new and it does after they cleaned it. Price was very fair and I ended up paying them more than they asked because of the great service. Recommended them to my realtor who uses them too now.

Amazing!: I had the opportunity to have an outstanding gentleman from J2 carpet cleaning visit my condo last night. My expectations for having a good looking carpet were low due to the fact that my tenants had almost destroyed it. In a little less than 2 hours my carpet looked the best I had ever seen it. The great cleaning service was accompanied by a friendly demeanor, attention to detail, and great customer service. There is no other carpet cleaner I will ever call in Las Vegas. (And the price was less than I paid for sub-standard service from those guys that advertise for 10 bucks a room!!)

Great Value! The carpet cleaning cost a little more than I paid in the
past, but the results were better than in the past as well. The
cleaners were polite and overall nice guys. I watched them clean and

As a real estate agent, I run across all kinds of dirty carpets. J2 was
able to clean the worst one I've seen with surprising results. I can
save my clients money by not having to replace carpet, which helps with
my referrals. Great customer service and delightful to talk to. I can
trust to just give them a lockbox code, they measure it, and email me a
bill that's fair. That's very convenient for me. Glad I found them

I just bought a home in Las Vegas and the real estate agent
said she had the carpets cleaned, but they felt rough and look dull and
there was still spots on it. I called J2 and they said what happens is
some cleaners just run a detergent through the carpet which leaves soap
behind and also makes it get dirty fast. They came out and put a
conditioner down, the used some machine to scrub it, then rinsed it with
a loud truck machine. It's now soft like it should be and they got rid
of 3 sm pink stains for $20. I'm having them do my mom's house next.
She said she has had the same problem and keeps trying different carpet
cleaners. A+

I would recommend this company to anyone who needs their carpets
cleaned. I needed my carpets cleaned on very short notice so I called
them on a Sunday and they were able to come out the next day while every
other company either didn't answer on Sunday or told me that they could
not help me for a week. They were on time and very professional. My
carpets have never looked so good. This is a company that I would use
for all my cleaning needs.

Great! They were on time, friendly and fast,
accomodating to a last minute reschedule at no charge. Did 6 rooms with
stains on carpets and they removed them. We will use them again.

Very Suprised, notably good service experience
I've had my carpet cleaned many times but and
this was the best yet. These guys did a great job, had tools I haven't
seen before, and didn't raise the price when they got here. J2 is

Best carpet cleaning company
I've used to date. The price was fair, the service was great. The guys
put extra effort into the dirty areas and got them to look better than
when I moved into this rental. I didn't have
to ask them to go over any areas again, they just did it on their own.
They didn't try to raise the price but did ask me if I wanted protector,
which I bought since the there's so much parking lot grease in Las
Vegas.I'm very pleased with their professionalism and steam cleaning
system.

Gave a 3-hr. window of time.
They were running 30 min. late but called ahead to let me know. Still
finished in about 3 hours cleaning about 6 rooms in a residential house
about 2,000 sqft. Can't believe how clean
the high traffic areas of the beige carpet now look--they used to be
black!! I was absolutely in shock. We had carpet mats underneath our
office chairs, and when lifted it was so obvious where they had been.
There was beige carpet and black carpet, and it seems that about 97% of
the black in this high traffic area came out. I watched the technician
doing some of the work, and I could see it get removed right before my
eyes like magic!I like that they do Step 1 throughout the whole house
first rather than doing Steps 1-4 one room at a time. This allows for a
longer soak time in all the rooms. I'm so pleased with the results! The
technician seemed very knowledgeable and was very friendly. I would
recommend J2 to anyone needing residential carpet cleaning.

My new favorite. When my regular carpet
cleaner couldn't get me scheduled cause he was on vacation, I called J2.
They did a better job in half the time I'm used to, it also dried in
like a couple hours. I will use them from now on

My carpet is 8 years old and
every time it gets cleaned, it just doesn't seem to look as good as the
last time it was done. Until now. It looks the best it ever has. They
used a machine to scrub the carpet before sucking up the water (not a pad like the chem dry style
uses. That never got the spots out.). What a difference that made. It
even is fluffed up again. I will tell your name to my neighbors. thanks

Better than expected
I wouldn't normally spend my
time to write a review, but I'm tired of being ripped off by b.s.
companies in vegas that quote one price and waste my time by getting
there and drastically raising the price, it really gets me mad! The price these guys quoted was the
price I paid (yeah really). The best part was that my carpets are the
cleanest and fluffiest they've been since I moved in this house 8 years
ago. try them and believe for yourself. Thanks for the "Carpet miracle"
(I know miracle is a strong word, but I told them I wasn't expecting
